Brief: There was the intention to embrace the place while designing the building. With centuries of history as a centre of trade, Dhaka is a multicultural city and its one of the world’s largest and most densely populated cities. Humming with activity and surrounded by agriculturally rich land and water, life flows throughout the city. The building looks to the city of Dhaka and its people, the region, and the culture, to create something equally unique and inspiring. The reflection of the building on the lake called HatirJheel creates the harmony of the surrounding within.
